When I was 15, my mom was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer. The BRCA test showed it wasn't genetic - it was from decades of stress.

That's when I knew I wanted to help prevent lifestyle diseases.

But I had my own problem:

I was a certified health coach stuck at 2,000 steps a day. I'd get breathless singing one song. I knew what to do but couldn't make it stick.

Everything changed when I stopped fighting my brain and started working with it.

Now I help women develop walking habits that feel natural and sustainable - the kind that last years, not weeks.

No gym required. No perfect motivation needed.
