Start with a few minutes, then grow the distance with time. Make it part of your daily routines. And by doing this, your fur friend stays happy, and you stay physical and light.
Sitting all day makes the body feel tired. Try standing when you work. Use a standing desk instead of sitting all day. Standing while working keeps you moving without stopping your tasks. Even a few minutes helps. You can stand in between breaks or calls. This small change adds movement to the day and helps the body feel less tired.
